We do not believe in the philosophy of charging a loading at peak holiday periods. Where a single dog is booked into a standard room and is unable to share with another dog, and that booking falls into our Easter or Christmas peak periods, that booking will attract a $15.00 single dog loading, for all days booked in a peak period.
A fee will be assessed when you make your booking and we will require a deposit of 50% of this fee to be paid in order to confirm your booking.
Please read our terms and conditions, which form part of the booking form, to see our cancellation conditions and special conditions for Christmas bookings.
A full days fee will be charged for the day of arrival, no matter time of arrival. A full days fee will be charged if your pet is not collected before 11 am on day of departure.
Our hours are from 7.30 am to 11.00 am and 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, 7 days a week, except for gazetted Christian Religious holidays. Please check with us if you wish to deliver or collect your pet outside these nominated times. An extra fee may be assessed for out of hour arrivals or departures
We take every precaution to prevent fleas and ticks. However it is your responsibility to ensure that your dog or cat has received appropriate tick and flea prevention treatment before they arrive at the kennels, and you will need to leave us additional treatments when the pet is to stay longer than 2 weeks.
Cats that arrive with a flea infestation may be refused.
Animals that are found to have fleas will be treated with Advantix or Frontline and the assessed charge will be added to your account.
Cats and dogs that are found to have worm infestations will be treated with a deworming medication and a charge will be assessed and added to your account.
If you know your pet has an adverse reaction to any specific insecticide or worming product, please advise us at time of booking in.
